One mechanic told me to check the tires. They are rated at 4500 pounds each. He said he'd be more concerned with exceeding the tire pressure than the GVW. If he's correct, I'm not overloaded. I also removed (and weighed) 150 pounds of stuff I never use and drained 240 pounds of water from the water tank. Looks like my wife will be able to travel with me!
