Could someone talk about the construction and maintenance concerns of 1994 30' Barth Breakaway roofs.

My Breakaway is of aluminum construction and is covered with a sandy top coat. There were/are numerous places that have raised concern. Anywhere there is a mounted device such as rear ladder, A/C, sky lights, railings, is prone to leak. I had a major problem with the hole that the wires went thru the roof from the solar panel and it damaged the headliner panel below. If you wiggle any of the attachments and see them move around, probably best to re-chalk that area with a good sealant.

My ladder need attention now but I haven't had time to get at it.
