The cooling fans for the transmission cooler
are not working. Does anyone have any
idea why. Thanks for any help. The motor
home is a 1988 Barth with a chevy engine.
Could it be a fuse and if so where is the
fuse located. Any help appreciated.

bill hElectric aux cooling fans are often controlled by a thermostat, coming on when the water is hot. Sometimes they are wired to come on when the air conditioning is operating.
My preference is to use a single pole, double throw switch. Center is off, up is always on, and down lets the thermostat control it. It can be advantageous to turn the fan on before a hill or difficult boondocking parking maneuver.
Look for an inline fuse in the wire to the fan.
I should add here that if you should, God forbid, have an engine fire, there should be a way to shut off the fan, even if the thermostat is hot.
