We are going for a second look to Cincinnati. Trying to find out if there is a chance for split rims on a 1977 Barth 24'. When did they change the split rims (we had an 1972 Dodge Challenger with splits). The owner is no help. When asked he said: Yes it has double wheels on the back. Not sure if he is playing or does not know. Cannot remember from last visit.

Our 1976 of the same size had them until changed.

Some of the non chain older tire places have the equipment to "safely" change split rims and will still do them. Almost no chance at a chain place. I dont know if POMPS does roadside assistance on split rims. The side of the road would be the worst place to run into an issue!
