I just put the new Super Coil springs in my 72 22' Barth. It made a large difference. The shocks that I had are new, but they are run of the mill type shocks. I was wondering if Bilsteins would be better that off the shelf from the local auto parts store?

Yes, Bilsteins would be a big improvement, particularly on a short chassis MH. An IPD anti sway bar in front really helps, too. If yours is a P30, the rear shock upper mounts need to have a little weld bead reinforcing done to stand up to the bilsteins. If you do Bilsteins, I will send you the instruction sheet from Bilstein for the welding.

Now that you have the good springs in front, get a good alignment. If yours is a P30, be sure they use the motor home specs, not the potato chip truck specs. Lots of caster. Helps with wander.
