My mattress is nominally a queen size, but it is shorter than the standard by 4-6 inches. The new mattress may hang over the end a bit. Let us know how the new one fits! Thumbs Up

Camper Queen is the probable culprit. It is the width but not the length.

A normal queen size bed is 60" wide x 80" long, a rv queen is 60 wide x 74" long. RV mattress is 6" shorter on length than normal or standard sizes.
If you have one made, the company will it the 6" shorter.

Just be sure your wife is 5'3" (160 cm) like Liz. Then you can sleep on the diagonal. ROTFLMAO

I just replaced mine. Just because there is an RV Queen, doesn't mean you have to replace with that shorter mattress. I put in a full queen memory foam. Comes in a bag and weighs eighty pounds. The original was way to firm for me. Even with a memory foam/gel 2 inch topper. I had pressure points all over the place.

Some of you saw my extender/spacer that I had at the head of the bed so my feet were not hanging over the end.

The old mattress was a bear to wrestle out. The new one was easy but watch your back and make sure you have it right side up and orientation before it expands. High reviews and the price was right.

Kevin I agree sleep number is great but the price was way out of my budget at this time! I love mine at home.

To darned busy. I want to get in the Barth and try a sleep.
