GrizzlygiantThe 110v "instant hot" water heaters work great -- I have used many of them on commercial restroom projects. The only down-side is that they require a FULL 20A circuit. They supply enough hot water for the shower OR the lav OR the kitchen sink, not more than one at a time.

Our Barth has a Paloma gas fired tankless water heater and it is great. We have never hooked up to city water, so we only use the shower to rinse off after washing. As a result, I can't give testimony as to how it would do under other conditions.

GrizzlygiantThe tankless heater sounds like it would surely simplify winterization.

bill hYup. Just a drain valve. We drain it every night when winter camping in freezing areas.
