Roof hood got damaged by falling branch. Any ideas on how I replace or repair it?

I'm pretty sure Kool Matic is now out of business. I replaced my units with some from Fantastic Vents. One is automatic, reversible and has remote control and the other is strictly 3 speed manual. Both have worked well for years.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean but for vent covers and stuff like that PPL in Texas has or can find about anything ever made.
