Like most other GPS, it gets mixed reviews.

RustyI had one for a week and returned it for a variety of reasons, mostly that programming routes was impossible, especially from start points other than the current location. Nick Cagle has one and he mentioned a couple of days ago it's constantly crying for updates, even though it has them.
Another gripe was that the RM computer app could be installed only to drive C: - I have all my drives partitioned, and allow only essentials on the C:.

Tom JohnsMy suggestion is you thank your kids for a nice present and go use it. It is a pretty good gift and unlike others I like it. HELPS me get there. Paper Maps are a good back up. Have fun and enjoy
