removal of generator
Hi everyone my on board generator has never worked, I am considering removing it but worried about the handling of my breakaway without that 600lbs in the front. Does anyone have any experience in this area ? thanks Paul Finley

The Kohler only weighs around 220# with mounts. I replaced mine with a Honda EV4010, which has been an excellent choice. The downside is it required a custom-built gasoline tank @$450. You didn't mention the year and length of your Breakaway, but you would still have ~5,000#, which is plenty.

Good point, Doug.

Swamp coolers work best in low humidity. We had an older Swampy, and it was of limited use to us.

Evaporative Coolers operate when the Relative Humidity is at 25°F or below, and/or the Dew Point is at 55°F or below. Above those temp points and it just makes everything damp. FMC #120 Lou in Aridzona.
