Carling has an extensive line of rocker switches including led lights. The switch can be easily changed, but at a cost for the switch. They also make the rocker with any words you want, at a price.

I do not think that rocker switches are motion sensing.

The LED's in the article were automatic so they would turn themselves on/off and were very attractive pieces of self-contained equipment which one could place in difficult to reach areas but which required added illumination...
