Ill keep it short
Lynn was weak, she fell neighbor found her she was ok but 2 weak to get up. I asked neighbor to check on her because she was so off and I couldn't contact her. 80 mph trip home with DBarth. (I had taken to work because some was coming to look at DBarth- I said she is always ready to roll and she did.... quickly

Ist ER EEG Heart attack. Send to better hospital

No heart attack

Glucose 550 Diabetes type 1 (never any)

Pneumonia and blood clot in lung

Blood Sugar now 155 and getting stable

Slight Cardiac event??

Still seems like a lot of guessing not satisfied they have uncovered the mystery.

Had to come home to get keys locked others in car ar hospital. Storming pitch black waiting for cell to clear. Driving a Mini Cooper I bet i look like a clown car!

Whoa... This is scary and weird. Love and prayers on the way. confusion

My 87 yr old Mom had a stroke last Wednesday. Some loss of movement and speech but has already mostly recovered.

We will pray that the docs get Lynn figured out right and get her all right. Sounds like maybe she tossed a leg clot that snagged in her lungs. She was lucky, clots are often fatal but she's past that stage already. The clots are usually able to be dissolved with treatment and no complications. Let us hope so.

(If you think it would perk her up, maybe I should call and tell her I'll buy DBarth for $25,000. Then again, Liz would kill ME!)

I am lounging around after my surgery. Went great. So far no problems.

We got a good chuckle imagining you in the Mini! Nothing but elbows, knees and shoulders! ROTFLMAO

Take care, both of you.

Dana, We sure hope Lynn is OK. She will be in our prayers. Oh, I would give quite a bit to see you in a mini cooper. I bet you look like high tower in the Honda civic in police academy.

THe lawn needs baling but first a whole lot of branches (Bonfire) I drove straight into the storm. You know stop is not in my vocabulary. I lost no whole trees. Had no power or sleep as trying to catch a nap before going to start the generator. Back to the hospital.... and now home.

Dana,

I know exactly how you feel and what you are going through.

I will be praying for her knowing Father God hears all our prayers.

Remember the three P's - prayer, patience and then praise.

Still trying,

Took Lynn to church this morning. It tired her out but it helped me and her mentally. One day at a time. She has friends or family coming all week. 3 or 4 hours helpless on the floor she is afraid to be alone until she regains her strength.

I don't blame her....for being scared. They said another hour and she would have been either in a diabetic coma or gone....
