This is a guess, but sometimes members remove "cookies" from their computer in doing routine maintenance. When that happens, Barthmobile's cookies go with them, and the site then thinks you are a stranger the next time you sign on.

A tip:

When you first sign on to Barthmobile.com expecting to be in the system, look at the list of names of members online to see whether yours is in it. If not, you lost your cookies.

Remedy: Register again as a member along with your password. Re-check the list and Voila
