This is an add for 76 Barth 23 in Norther Canada. Thinking of buying it as it appears to be in good condition and being a old fart single dad, might be in my affordability range. Wondering you Barth experts can give me some guidance as what to be aware of in viewing. Any know usual weak spots to investigate.
