I received this excellent email from Barthmobiler Ed Gilmore;

On Thanksgiving Day our family drove our coach to mid Wisconsin to have dinner with the oldest daughter and family. On the way back we fueled at Road Ranger truck stop. The coach quit running at the #17 and# 29 intersection. One member of family that could came with SUV and took all home except me. I waited on tow and finally by 3am the rig was at shop and we were going to bed. A friend said I ought to notify the truckstop. I called them and they said please send all pertinent info, I did. We got a phone call 3 days ago from the truckstop saying that a representative would be stopping by, 2 hours later he did with acheck for total costs plus one $100. This made the check over $1K by a few hundred. I'll definately be fueling my coach and other vehicles at ROAD RANGER.

Ed Gilmore

Thanks Ed, we will be too, below is the link to find other locations

Water in the fuel? Did your fuel filters get plugged? Dirt in the fuel? What was the cause of the breakdown that they paid that kind of money for the repairs?

Good for you Ed that you got your money back, plus a little extra. Good for Ranger Truckstops. With that type of response I'm sure we'll be seeing them expanding all over.
