Hey Y'all.

Inherited a 1985 35' Regency in August, toyed around with the idea of fixing her up and moving into her, but with an 11 month old baby, we decided we need something with bumpouts/closet space to put a little crib.
We are new to all-things-Barth.. we've gained great appreciation for her, but have no clue what she's worth or how much we should ask for her.
Can anyone help? Where do we start? I'm guessing Kelly Blue Book doesn't have a "Beautiful Barths" section.

We'd be grateful for any input!!!
Thank you!!

Great pics. Have you been driving it regularly and do all the systems work? What is the manufacture date of the tires? Some recent posts of Barths that have been sitting unused for some time indicate the things necessary to get them back in operating condition. As far as price is concerned, I don't know much about this model and you're probably right that KBB/NADA numbers are not a good guide. I know that the market value of my 85 28' gas powered Regal puller, in the condition it's in, is somewhere around $10000 give or take. See if you can get some values from the 'Sold' forum.

Thank you for posting the pictures, Bill! Jim & Tere, we got her last month, she had been parked for quite some time, and we only drove her the 20 miles from her previous home to ours. Tires hold air, but definitely need to be replaced. She ran well, but leaked some oil. Needs generator work done as well, but seems to work fine when hooked up. Interior is very clean and well kept, but has not been updated at all. So.. She would definitely be a bit of a pet project. I'll look at the sold columns and try to get some bearings. Thank you guys for all of your help!
