Well, my son said it could not be done but I did it. I submitted a package of paper to the state making my case that the VIN that my Barth was titled with was incorrect. I found out about this just before buying the unit but had enough info to believe I could pull it off. A major help came from Barthmobile and Bill NY and I thank Bill for that. It took them about 8 weeks to turn it around but I expected that. Got the revisted title yesterday. Gillig confirmed what I had for the chassis and Carfax showed the correct VIN had never been registered.
