We have been toying with updating the interior of our coach. Given today’s economy and the lack of RV sales, one would think that chairs, beds, couches, etc. might be for sale at a reasonable price. Has anyone found a way to find new furniture at truly discounted prices? If so, could you share the details? I’m looking for two new captains’ chairs with shoulder harness seatbelts and maybe a new jack knife couch/ bed. But the prices still seem high, given the current RV industry slump. Thoughts?

I would think that many of the RV manufacturers, distributors & suppliers in the Elkhart IN area ought to be having fire-sales about now, with the regular Elkhart RV surplus outlets leading the pack.........

Googling Elkhart RV surplus gets ya quite a few hits......

If you try some other keyword searches, you will find things like this, http://rvresolve.blogspot.com/...oing-on-lately.html, showing that a chance exists that Country Coach is going to be liquidated.

Last summer, Western RV was liquidated, and there was an online auction of everything, from completed units, bare Workhorse chassis, furniture, engines, and so forth. Some of it is showing up on Ebay now.
