Here is Bill Goodwin's 92 Regency and Dick Muise's 94 Breakaway. We got them together for a Photo Op.

If the breeding takes, we'll put the litter up for sale.

At any rate, here is an opportunity to compare the coaches side by side.

Bill & Georgene Goodwin
92 (Feb.) Regency 36ft
300hp Cummins
Gillig Chassis (1990 build date)
2014 Honda CRV toad
10Kw Power Tech Gen w/ Kubota diesel engine
Can accomodate Barth visitor with advance notice

Very nice; beautiful, even. BUT: That "Good Sam" sticker must be deep-sixed. It looks like a wart on a handsome face. (The one on the right is the male, non?)

Awesome, awesome, awesome...ditto on the sticker.

OK, how about the horns..Does the Regency kick the Breakaway in the horn department... Or if you beeped them both at the same time would you be arrested?

I suspect the Hadley Bullies on the Regency would win, for their deeper tone, if nothing else. At least if they are tuned a trifle apart so as to produce a dissonant frequency pair or a beat.

At the FMCA national, while we were snickering at the bad taste and misguided pecuniary foolishness of Prevost owners, someone let loose a blast from a Prevost in the near distance.

OOOOHHH............I had a serious case of Horn Envy.

I think it's would be a little like...

  • Blue on black
  • Tears on a river
  • Push on a shove
  • Match on a fire
  • Cold on ice
  • Whisper on a scream
