Meet up with Gabi and Doug and hopefully doorman at Hocking Hills Ohio, October 16-20th.
This is the nicest scenery in Ohio and the leaves will be turning.
Top O' The Caves Campground has six or so full hook-up sites available for that time frame.

We had a blast in South Dakota, and we hope to see you all in our neck of the woods. Bring your instruments!

How cold is it in Ohio that time of the year?

It is Ohio, could be 75, could be 40. Most of the time it is great weather, warm days-cool nights around a fire. Hocking Hill area is old hardwoods.
To me fall is the best time of the year in Ohio.

Thanks Kevin and Doorman, if I get to come I will be in a tent, therefore the question about the weather.

Have stayed in the area and is not far from the Amish area. Looks like the Falls in the State Park. All who wander are not lost.

OOPS, I just answered and so did a few others, but I thought community Announcement was only for announcing a GTG when it was written in STONE?

If a GTG gets firmed up, one of us will start a thread in that Forum, and move the posts there.

I will be there with Homer. Our buddy Chris will be there too. He was at the Custard GTG. Although not being a Barth owner Homer and I let him admire our coaches from his back deck.

This campground will fill up early. If interested make reservation ASAP. Check their website for reservation info.

I am pretty sure I will make it to TopoftheCave, just not sure about my wife's schedule.

Sorry to hear they were obnoxious on the phone. I'm going to call tomorrow about reservations, I'll see if I get the same treatment. wack

(I think I will make every GTG this year if we go, already reserved for Branson and Hillsboro in Dec. Hate to break the chain, besides the Ohio Barth guys I've met are a hoot!) cheers

I'll get my ocean fix at the Keys in March. Tooling Along

You must have talked to the same lady I did, very nice.

I don't know how many sites/how long they have. I was told there was a 30 ft site adjacent but I am 33 ft so I got one on the other side, maybe the last longer site left!

I was looking forward to meeting you. Where are you in Ohio? If it's on my way I'd like to stop in and see you and your fine coach!

A hog roast should be fun! cheers
