Not only do Barth owners have excellent taste in their choice of coach manufacturers, we also know how to have fun.

Also don't forget on Friday night we have wine and cheese tasting. Each participant brings two bottles of wine and cheese of your choice from the area where you live. Anything else snack wise that you would like to contribute would be appreciated. (I claim all empty bottles Smiler ).

We also bring stuff to Auction with the proceeds going to Barthmobile. $10 ice Creme comes to mind. I'm still thinking of what to bring this year. I brought a Sage fly rod last time. I'm looking for something with more broad appeal.

As someone who got a $250 fly rod for $100, I have no problem with that! ROTFLMAO

As for contributions, bring what you can, spend what you can, but above all, enjoy the event. Those who can will gladly make everything work out.

I'm looking forward to a great event with some very fine people. With any luck, we'll have an excellent picnic. We have plans for dogs and burgers, deep fried turkey and a pig roast!

All are welcome, members and guests. Things will work out as they always do! cheers

Mary,

I think you should enter the Gas Pot again this year. If you win, what the Hey. We'll simply all follow you to the local 711 when you buy your next lottery ticket. ROTFLMAO

Since I am planning to win this year, I encourage everyone to contribute. (After all, it is a GAS fund, not diesel!) ROTFLMAO

I would gladly throw $100 bucks towards a Diesel raffle of sorts. I will definitely bring some stuff to donate to the auction that sounds fun. We could also have a White elephant gift exchange.

Personally I would be glad to give $50-100 gate fee. That can go towards the cause. Or how about a buck a foot gate fee. Then if you walk in it's 2 bucks.

Cheers
Meric

There has been some discussion here about the cost of food vs donation, etc. As the current wagonmaster for Milford, I have discussed the topic with former wagonmaster Nick and others.

At this time, we are planning hot dogs and burgers, deep fried turkey, and a pig roast. The pig roast has been taken care of. I believe the remaining food and supplies can be managed with the original donation of $10 per site, as was done in the past.

We can also have a fuel pool if desired. I will leave that choice to the individuals who attend.

As the time draws near, I only ask that those who have signed up to go be sure they let me know if they can't attend. Also, if anyone knows of someone who is planning to go who has not yet signed up, encourage them to let me know that too. As the time gets closer it would be helpful to get an accurate count on the number of sites and attendees we can expect.

I am looking forward to a first class event! Thumbs Up

All contributions will be gladly accepted but not mandated. The wine and cheese event on Friday, as well as the side dishes for Saturday have been adequately and informally supplied in this fashion in the past.

I am going to have to cancel out on the big round up. An unexpected opportunity to go out of the country has come up. It's a trip I can't pass up.
I look forward to future GTGs.

Dana, the Barth people that have never been to a GTG don't realize how well we eat. Smiler

You are not only guaranteed to have a good time, but you are also guaranteed to be well fed, we have some of the BEST cooks in the rv'ing crowd. Wink
