Reserving more sites is a good idea. We'll be making a major announcement in February, inviting former employees and their families and of course any Barth owners who haven't as yet registered.

This will be a very large assembly of Barth coaches and trailers. It should attract many former employees and members of the Barth family who have remained in the Milford area. The announcement will invite any and all who had any connection to the Barth product to come by and introduce themselves. And of course Barth relatives and former employees and their families will be invited to the Saturday luncheon.

This will be a GTG worthy of a 50th anniversary celebration!

Sloop, for you there will be one container of Sherman's. The rest will be by Hudsonville; an ample supply so that Nick, the best auctioneer in Barthdom, will once again be able to ply his trade and increase the Club's coffers.

Many of you who were able to attend the Milford GTG in 2012 will recall a gentleman named Greg Wireman who is a former Barth employee. Greg did the welding on many units during his 1984-1988 tenure with the company, and he attended our GTG with his son last year.

I just heard from Greg and he was delighted to hear that we will be getting together at the Elkhart Fairgrounds again in 2014. He is proud to be able to see some of his work; work that is still vivid in his mind. Work that he is still proud of after all these years.

Greg is going to try to contact former employees who are still with us, and will help us in inviting them to attend our GTG.

Excellent! I met Greg and his son last time. Greg was proud to show his son the spare tire carrier, hitch, and basement doors he welded on my coach! I thanked him for the quality work he and others did on our coaches.

At that time, the Barth factory was a very busy place, lots of work to go around. It was great to get a chance to talk to him. Thumbs Up

Put me down for a spot. This will be my first rally. Bought a 28' Regal. Have had it for over 4 months and it has been in the shop getting road ready ever since. Hoping this week will be the last under the coach needing to be fixed. Then I can start playing with the upstairs.
