My dog Casey has not had covid shots, probably bring him this year, Grandson has a summer job.
Road has been closed for repaving in front of my house, so did not get all the stuff done to nose that I wanted, or get to Tennessee either, way behind summer schedule. Looking forward to Maiden Rock!!!

Duane there are no restrictions. If we reach 70% they are dropping all restrictions or July 1st. Still mask mandates for inside until then. The 28th of May things loosen up for capacities.

Starting the radiator pull this am but not going to hurry. Take my time and not hurt myself is one of the goals. 53 degrees so time to start.

Looking forward to The GTG.

CDC dropped indoor mask mandate for vaccinated. Our Governor followed suit. Except he know it would be impossible to enforce so tomorrow all mask mandates are dropped. I will know soon what our company direction is.

Lynn and I are fully vaccinated. FYI

Work keeps getting in the way. Not just work, parts have been slowly trickling in. 2 thermostats ordered and just one came. They are overnighting the other. By Monday I believe I will be able to put everything in play. Fill with the system with distilled water. Fill the hydrostatic system with fluid. Start her up and listen to her purrrrrrr.

Looking forward to seeing folks. Lynn was picking up butts today.

Picked up Pork Butts.

Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Hope to have Midnight back together today and running.

34 degrees at 5:30 am Saturday Memorial Day Weekend. Wife covered the plants and brought a bunch inside the garage. I’m blaming COVID for the crazy weather. Will see how much further down it goes.

The last time I ran the coach was on the way from Florida. With a new radiator, coolant filter, coolant and oil cooler it is ready!

I finally got fuel and dumped the tanks. With a little fresh water and a couple shots of grease in the driveshaft we will be ready to go.

Leaving tomorrow for the weekend in the UP, Mn to follow!

Hope everyone has a smooth safe trip and see you soon!

Have Barth, will travel Tooling Along

Working Monday. The party starts when I get home cheers

Minnesnowta 2021 is on!

I look forward to seeing you all. Have not seen any dropouts. So should be a good group and we should have a blast.

Unusual to have this hot weather in early June. Those that have been to house know I raise thoroughbred mosquitoes. Not intentionally but lots and aggressive. We have had hardly any so far. It should be very pleasant but hot.

I bet we will have a few adult beverages to keep cool. I may go in the pool and to the group I apologize in advance for any snow blindness I cause. Also ignore the scars they are tattoos of life.

Dad's boat is in the water for another season. We had a great family weekend visit.

2 sisters left on Sunday. Liz and I pulled out this morning. 300 miles to Wood's Edge Campground near Tomah, Wi. Nice quiet park, simple and not expensive. 88 degrees, glad the AC is working.

We will be at Maiden Rock around 2 tomorrow. Should be a great time! I hope everyone will make it without any problems.

Hot time in the old campground for our party. Can’t change mother nature’s mind. We has a great time but just like the song. There’s no one in the place but you and me!

I’m home and unpacked. Wally and Connie and Bob were the last to leave. 5 Monarchs, a Nose and 3 Breakaways.

So fun to look at tHe similarities and the differences. All the Monarchs in one place were fun. One has basement air where one has a generator where one has an open compartment

It was a perfect time to evaluate what Steve’s insulation project results were. Excellent. We all know Barth was sold a bill of goods on Reflectix. As good as fiberglass bull cookies. It is high on my list of the many projects I have lined up. Of course the differences rear their heads there. Steve and Jim roller have ducted vents and a much higher arched roof. Far more room to get some insulation in. Also their floor plan makes some panels able to be pulled down for access. Steve foray has given me ideas that I believe will work. I’ll add to the Monarch Insulation thread when I get after it.

Great Time I believe every one has a great time!

Hope everyone has an uneventful ride home.

Ole Nose made the trip home without incident, ,Whoopie!! Got home about 1PM.

Left Maiden rock early this morning, sorry I did not get to say so long to everyone, but I thought while it was morning cool I would hit the road.

It was a wonderful time, so enjoyed the conversation, food and of course KennyJs' talent!! Mwrench discovered a problem that I will fix in Ole Nose.
