Ekhart Co. Fairgrounds, 574-533-3247. They have set aside 20 spaces for Barthmobile GTG for those dates. The current rates are $24.61 for 30A and $26.75 for 50A. These rates include sales tax. Rates may be adjusted in January.

Contact Nick Cagle for site selection. The map is on P2 of this thread. Sites 457 through 476 are reserved for Barthers.

Helen & I are on the list. Duno when we will get there or when we will leave. I wanna take Helen around to see the sights in Elkhart County.

BTW: Tanya is going on Vacation, Bev answers the phone and takes reservations. She asked that I pass that along.

Yes! only one more season and it will be time to vist at Milford GTG. I have read accounts of other GTG and noticed that folks are more than willing to help others with question, problems, repairs, upgrades. My question is how do we make the most of this GTG as we will be very close to lots of RV parts companies. Bill could we start a side forum to see what repairs, upgrades, question can be taken care of at the GTG. We have Rusty and many other with Barths they have upgraded and remodeled. I can see a real need to help each other in the upkeep of our Barths. For what its worth. Thumbs Down Thumbs Up cheers All who wander are not lost

Another possible Milford G-T-G activity.....

Last year, while prepping for the DC-GTG, I tried to trace down some former Barth execs or workers, in hopes of getting them to the GTG....Mike Umbaugh, CEO during the motorhome years, had passed away, but I did have talks with his widow, who referred me to Mike's Excecutive Assistant during Barth's heydays. I was able to trace her to an assisted living facility...in Goshen, IN - site of the Milford G-T-G! She was lucid a year ago, and had tons of anecdotal stories about working for Umbaugh and the daily cash-flow challenges of Barth Motors.......

Maybe some of us might want to attempt a visit with her during the G-T-G and preserve some oral history of the company?...Just a thought.....

..and a good one Lee. I think we should try to get all of the info we can as none of us are getting any younger. It always surprised me that poeple would devote their whole lives to a company like Barth and not be a member of this 1800+ member website..?

Lee, if she is in "Assisted Living" facility it is possible that we could pick her up and bring her to see us on the night we have dinner.
