Wally I do a lot of fish smoking.Walmart carries-alder-cherry-maple-hickory+I have a wonderfull marinate I will share with you folks.It is great for fish,poultry,and pork,use chips you prefer.Wally-34ft monarch-van-isle

I just got done draining the water system on 86Barth. Winterizing.... Hey Rusty get those long pants and shoes on..! ROTFLMAO

Snowed off and on today, first time.

When I get it gassed up I will be ready for Hillsborough. Missed 2 GTGs lately due to health issues, looking forward to seeing friends again in a warm place!

Won't be long now! cheers
