Brent asked me to post it here so it's official. This could be the largest gathering of Barths most of us have ever seen. The dates are the week of July 11, 2022, and the campground is in the area of Elkhart Indiana, owned by members of the Barth family.

Maybe, but will not know until June. Kinda depends on wife's medical problems.

I was thinking the same thing. I saw no more mention on the FB site. Considering this is only about 4 hours from me it would be easy to do.

July 11 is a Monday. I am thinking of calling next week to book July 12, 13 and 14. I will talk to the host to see what sites are available, how many and a preferred location?

I will report what I find. Salute

Steve, chatted with the owners, they have outlined two plots for the Barth "thing" and she says they already have 4 bookings. Attached is the area she has open in blue circled in red.

I just talked to the campground and I booked Site C2 for the nights of July 12, 13 and 14, leaving Friday. Very pleasant chat, they definitely know what Barth coaches are!

I am only about 4 hours away so it should be an easy run for us. There are now 6 sites booked for the event. Thumbs Up

FWIW, I inquired about cancellation policy. Full refund minus small fee up to two weeks in advance.

Steve, why did you and Duane get sites outside the waterview box? I was under the impression that area was being saved for Barth people. The sites are 50 amp and the only difference is full hookup. which we don't need for a 3 or 4 day stay. Also 10 bucks cheaper. Also, do you have to pay in full up front?

The park host suggested the site. Nobody else said where they would be. The other sites are shorter and more narrow. So far all the sites booked are in the full hookup area and my site is adjacent to that block. Concrete patio, charcoal grill. Lots of shade, too.

I have no idea about Duane, ask him. He is in the full hookup area.

You can reserve for a small fee. Check out their website, give them a call. Thumbs Up

I am in site M1 and it is a full hook up. The host sent me the map posted in my December 31st post in this thread. She told me the area's marked in red were the Barth sites she reserved. Sounds like they have changed their mind since we talked.

Yes, to make the reservation, required me to pay upfront, but can cancel up to 2 weeks before for a small fee!
