I am making plans to pick up shrimp at my local dock next week just before I leave for Breaux Bridge. Earlier I had one order for about 10 lbs of the large size and want to have anyone who is interested in having me bring more for them to confirm. I usually buy the 12-15 per pound size which work well for grilling and stuffing. Please let me know your desires. Today they are in the $9 to $11 per pound range (that is cleaned and without heads). These are fresh, not frozen.

For you yankees, this is beyond a good deal, it's great. Hope you all have a feast up there. Wish we could make it.

The Gulf current is west to east so all the oil is east of us. Shrimp are the same as before. Got you covered for 2-3 lbs.

Tom, Donna is worried about freezer space because of the length of our trip. If you get this message in time, better get us 5# instead of 10#.

Thanks, Nick

Will do! FYI I have used a pack of dry ice on top of ice in a cooler while sailing across the Gulf and it kept food cold for four days. There may a place near BB that has some.

Nick, sure hope Ugly Betty and the Albino Toad look that clean upon arrival. The love bugs are terrible down here but that means nothing up there. Have a blast and we'll see you in a few weeks.

Wish I were joining you folks and meeting you all. My entire mothers side of the family is within 40 miles of there. To bad Crawfish prices are still so high and hard to get. If you can get some enjoy them. If you have not tried Boudin try some you won't regret it. Have fun!
