1989 38' Regency for sale $29,000.00

My Father loved his Barth. He owned it for a little over 10 years, and with everything he owned, he took good care of it.
I would love to keep it but we need to sell it to help cover the costs of his estate.

It's a Regency 38', Spartan Chassis powered by a 300 H.P. Cummings diesel with 2887 hours on it. A 4 speed Allison transmission and a Kohler 9KW Diesel water cooled generator.
Current miles are 119,255.

It's loaded with 2 roof air units, 4 awnings, 2 large cedar closets, Corian countertops, hardwood floor, HWH hydraulic leveling system, Blue ox tow bar and many more options.
I can email the entire list of features to interested buyers. I also have many pictures which can be emailed as well.
