1991 22’ Barth Regal

For Sale: 1991 Barth with 165,000 miles on coach, 35,000 miles on Jasper crate 454 Chevy engine 7.4 V-8. Coach has Onan 4K generator, HWH leveling jacks, 2-way refrigerator/freezer, hard wood floors, 5 drawer pantry. Jack-knife couch pulls out into bed. Added dinette, with drawer space, which makes into a bed. Have owned coach 4 years, since then coach has new radiator, manifold, engine battery, alternator, converter, propane furnace motor, water pump, fuel pump, tires and more. Also new are Fan-Tastic fan, roof air conditioner with remote, micro-wave/convection oven, TV/DVD and TV antenna. No pets no smoker.

This coach has not been sitting around. We put the 35,000 miles on the new engine in the last 2 years to the northwest, southwest, southeast and northeast, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador. No car is needed because of its compact size. Wherever we were, positive comments followed.

$18,500

Hi...I saw this Barth on sale on Craigslist. It was listed in Northern Michigan. I sent an email asking for more photos and information because it only had one photo and no information. The person replied saying if they had my email they could send what asked for. I wondered why they didn't just reply to my inquiry. But, I sent my email. I did get a reply with info and several photos. But....it wasn't from anyone named Bill, and it was stated that it is in Indiana, not Northern Michigan. The email came from someone named Anna Ragland. She says she is selling it because her husband died 2 months ago and it has too many memories....that she and her son are moving to her parents home in Indiana and the motorhome would have to be picked up there, or delivered...for gas money. The photos are beautiful. It just seems kind of shady....when I searched this model, several ads came up....in different locations, on different for sale sites. Is this real....or is it a scam?

Kevin what a beautiful coach. Is that an original interior or have you had it upgraded? I really like the wood floors, if I ever get mine to a reliable point I think I will copy.
