Is it a Regency or a Monarch or what?

It is so nice to see a floor plan in a for sale ad.

It looks very, very similar to my 97 Monarch in every way except accessories and a few minor changes. I see the model # on the tag starts MM, are the owners sure this is not a Monarch. I thought all of the late model rigs were either Monarchs or Breakaways.

A few curious differences from mine. Marble steps whereas mine had some heavy vinyl material. The rear cap has a small bump up in the center that I don't recall on mine. The taillights are different, mine has wrap around style where this one has the flat rectangular.

I have a 34' with a different floor plan, but upholstery and materials are similar. Ours has Cherry this appears to be oak. Paint job is quite unique, my Monarch and all other Monarch I've seen have a paint job like mine, but different colors.

I also fount it intriguing that just like my 97 this one is built on a 95 Spartan chassis. Barth must have been using up inventory as much as they could get away with by this time in their history.

I'm guessing the MM stands for Spartan "Mountain Master" chassis

Although that seems to make sense, when I called Spartan on my 1995 chassis, they said they are all IP chassis by then??? hmm
