CabinetguyTom;
NADA estimates it's worth from 24,000 to, 26,000 but we are asking a firm 15,000.
Thanks for looking.

Stick MillerI'd like some more current pictures and more on the interior. A sketched floorplan would be nice. I'm interested in the layout of the bedroom and accessibility to the bed. Also, a condition report would be good. You've told us the good, now about what might need some attention. Mfg. code date on Tires? Basement A/C issues? I'm still looking...

I don't know your geographics but I will instruct the storage facility to let anyone in to view the coach if you choose to do so. My wife and I are in town over the weekend so you can call me any time.

bill hA comment on basement air conditioners:
If you are considering going solar, basement air leaves more space available on the roof for panels, and there are no bulky AC units up there to shade the panels. A small bit of shade causes a large drop in output.

I'm pretty sure Danny and Suzie made that comment because Barths are known to be aluminum framed and aluminum skinned. I had a 97 and it was aluminum with exception of the front cap.
Now this Barth being advertised is a 98 Monarch gasser and I must admit it looks like it could be fiberglass. The rear roof line is totally different than my 97 and looks like it bows up in the middle with a riveted union piece across the top. I can't see any rivets either. They were very visible on my 97.
Could this be yet another iteration of the Barth weirdness in build standards?

Mogan DavidKevin, I think it is so cool the way you are digging into these old listings and letting others know the status. don't remember any body else having made it their mission.
Personally, I have never liked this corner bed layout. At the big show in Hershey, PA last month, I saw many RV's that still do it this way. Often the bed has a rounded corner (special mattress) as this one seems to have. It was the one thing that turned me off about one of my otherwise-favorite compact motorhomes years ago.
