Per your request the attachment was removed. I noticed in your profile you have a question mark where the Data Tag number is.

Please read this post on the Data Tag and add this info to your listing please. It will help...

Good luck selling your coach. Smiler

I take it that this was one of the last made by the Leatherman-owned Barth Co, and Barth in general?? Does it still have the Aluminum skin?

It does have the aluminum skin - some of the slide show images show rivets.

This is the only Monarch I've seen with a diesel generator.
This coach makes me drool! Wish it was importable into Canada. Which it is not!

Don, pardon my ignorance but why is it that this vehicle cannot be imported into Canada? As well can the 1990 be imported and if not is it for the same reason....Steve (stumped in Canada)

Read this. http://www.riv.ca/english/html/how_to_import.html
Particularly section 5-1 of the Transport Canada List of Admissable Vehicles and you will see that all Barths from 1993 to 1996 are admissable and later years are not. Now, I would contact the nice people at RIV by email and ask why? These things do change.
Any motor vehicle over 15 years old FROM THE DATE OF MANUFACTURE ie: the data tag??? Does not come under the RIV program and is easily importable. So you do not have to do any upgrades to Canadian standards ie: daytime running lights, seat belt anchors, bumper regs or anything else that are Transprot Canada motor vehicle safety or emmissin standards not on the vehicle you are importing.
We brought in our 1990 Regency last May and I brought in a 1965 British Motorcycle last month, no problems because they are excempt from RIV.
There are US regulations for export of a motorvehicle from the US that you must comply with as well:
http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/trade/basic_trade/export_docs/motor_vehicle.xml
PM me at ... leaming at vaxxine dotcom and I will give you the long version, although if you go thru the hoops it isn't all that difficult.
Now, I don't know anything about all the RIV stuff except what I read in the docs'cause our Barth was exempt.

I have agreed to purchase Jeffs coach and we are now waiting for the finance. You guys talked me into it, so now you are stuck with me.

I was wondering if anybody was near Ocala, Fl and would have the time to go take a look at the unit for me. I won't be able to see if for about a month and it would be good to know what I need to do after I drive it away.

I think Jeff has been very accurate in his description and I am comfortable with this purchase. A second pair of eyes is sometimes helpful, however.

I could bribe you with a lunch if you go have a look see!

Tom

I should be able to take a looksee a few days after I return to FL, currently planned for about 7/9.

I'll have internet access here (in Lodi, OH) until early Monday 6/30, then maybe that night, then 7/1-6, I don't know.
