For your consideration, I have a 1973 BARTH Motor home for sale. With the kids all off to school and pursuing careers this Barth needs a new owner and more attention, simply someone that can get more use out of the unit than we can now, there's plenty of more life left in her!

-Located in Newell, SD 57760...I'm asking $7500.00.

-Chevy 350 Motor - Automatic - Engine is sound and runs well.
-18ft in Length.
-Has a working Generator and KCHilites Airlift.
-All 4 Tires in good to very good condition.
-No electrical issues, headlights, taillights, ect.
-No exhaust smoke, good on oil and does not overheat
-Roof is in good condition, does not leak.
-Shower, sink, toilet, pump and water/waste all work fine.
-New Furnace.

This Barth is in overall Good to very Good Condition considering it's age. In fact just recently took a trip to Denver and back without any problems. There are of course some minor repairs here and there but again only minor. However, there is small crack and chip in the windshield.
