Chevy chassis and engine: 454 3 speed AT
Data Tag: s7604-1883-MC21A

106,000 miles but extensive transmission, engine and brake work done in last 8000 miles.

Needs home with DIY skills better than ours. Sleeps five, three piece rear bathroom, full kitchen with microwave. Excellent upholstery (not original), generous interior storage for its size. Floor all linoleum in good condition. Dash and captain chairs showing their age but functional. Generator, built-in vac, A/C, furnace. Engine gauges good, RV gauges don't work. Dual fuel tanks, saddle propane tank.

Exterior good, full length newer awning, exterior 110. One door with screen window, all lights good.

Biggest issue is leaking holding tank - keeps price at a low $4000.00 cdn. Offers will be considered. Please phone or email for more information.

Located just outside Winnipeg, Manitoba

I took a picture of the paper inside the closet door, and have done a floor plan by hand which is no where near scale, but not bad. Also have a couple shots inside the coach and all of this shows up best if you enlarge the photo...

Hello there!
Looks like you have a nice little unit. Is it still for sale? What kind of gas mileage do you get?
Thanks so much
