Marty, I believe that is the best looking 25 I have seen.

And your ad is one of the best. The drawing of the floor plan is a real plus for serious shoppers.

That floor plan is almost the same as our previous 27 ft SOB. With a regular just aft of the passenger seat, you would have as good a living room as any motor home. We just had visitors in a new 40' Mandalay with the same living room layout. Of course, they had a dinette and bigger kitchen, closets, bath and four slideouts. But the living room, which is where most time is spent, is the same.

Glad you're keeping it. It's a beauty.

Marty,
Your coach has an identical layout to my
1985 Regal, except you have a door on the
toilet and shower, and mine has an accordian-
fold door. Also, I have an extra swivel chair
between the passenger seat and the flip-up table. I have a problem with the bed, since
I'm 6' 2" and my feet have to hang over the
end of the bed. Otherwise, it's a great layout.

Jake/Bill,
Thanks for the kind words, we do love our Baby Barth. She is good lookin.. ha ha

I've never seen or heard of another one this size from the 1990's. I guess they are pretty rare.

Jake, how long is your Regal?

Marty,

Mine is a 1985 25' Regal B, the same as
yours. I recently had a electric step
and a new awning installed at Campers'
World in Belleville, MI, and the technician
with 30 years experience put a screw right
thru my fuel line to the rear fuel tank.
Needless to say, my fuel economy was cut in half. McCormick Motors in Napanee, IN, found
the problem and repaired it.
