Rear Tires are approx 10 years old very good shape. Fronts are around 8 years great shape

That is a really nice coach and it looks to be in great condition. I really like the floorplan. I grew up with a Pace Arrow with the same floorplan and we sure enjoyed it. It's a real practical and usable arrangement.

My 85 Regal has an identical floor plan. This one seems to have a newer refrigerator, tho. Would be interesting to know if the owner has done any suspension upgrades, i.e., shocks, bushings, air bags, sway bars, along with any other maintenances things like brakes, steering box, radiator etc.
