Folks, I'm proud to announce that Tere and the new 'Old Blue', made their maiden voyage yesterday, a trip of 100 miles or so, and came through in flying colors. She had 'er all ripped apart with wires hanging everywhere, header wrap all over, starter motors and wiring harnesses scattered about, heat shields down to prevent alien invaders, solenoids aplomb, gas tanks and fuels lines in disarray, and last but not least,a non grounding, 4 terminal, intermittent duty, electromagnetic relays in tatters. But the 'good folks' won out and a huge thanks to Bill H and especially Bill N.Y. for talking her through everything. And son-in-law Dan helped her through the dark days. Milford, who once seemed a remote possibility, now looms on the horizon. Hope to see you there.
Jim

It helps that your wife can draw such great wiring diagrams and understand what she drew... then, what wasn't drawn, she has a way with describing things that could draw a picture in "my mind's eye". Thumbs Up

Finally, not giving up!!! What a woman you got there in Tere... mechanic

Now, if she just had more composure when going for a ride you would have the perfect woman. Big Grin

Oh... wait a minute... I was driving the wrong way. ROTFLMAO

See you in Milford!!! cheers
