ebay discription...

1995 Barth Mobile Office, RV style, 23’ long, bumper to bumper.

Chevrolet P30 chassis, w/all aluminum box, one of the best built units available.

17,000 Original Miles, 454 Engine, with overdrive transmission, Runs excellent!

Tires are in good condition with plenty of trend, fronts just starting to check.

No body damage, 4 doors, excellent condition, all glass/screens are good.

Nice awning, 4 large exterior storage cabinets, all locks/latches work fine.

Oak interior cabinets in very good condition, tons of storage space in and out!

Brand new queen futon with premium mattress, very comfortable, never used!

Interior dimensions: 6’8” tall, 7’6” wide, 16’6” from back door to rear of seats.

6500 Watt Onan generator, 1046 hours, runs great, 20 & 50 amp shore power lines.

2 roof mount A/Cs w/heat, 2 additional floor heaters, plus engine AC & heat (not working).

3 - 115v florescent lights under oak cabinets, plenty of 115v receptacles inside and out.

4 - 115v exterior flood lights, 3 - 12v exterior spot lights.

5 - 12v florescent lights mounted on interior ceiling.

Cruise and passenger side wiper not working.

Does not have any plumbing, cooking unit or refrigeration.

I was simply going to use a port-o-pot, microwave/grill and a cooler/apartment frig.

Just completed a 1000 mile road trip, without issue, ran perfect!

New alternator and battery with 3 year warranty!

Can run 70-75 MPH, Best MPG at 60-65 MPH.

Has a heavy duty tow hitch installed.

This is a great start for a RV conversion or use as is!
