"Barth built only high end recreational vehicles using quality materials. The company was based in Milford, Indiana........they built all aluminum travel trailers from early 1960s to early 1970s when they began to also build "motor homes" thru 1998........Excellent condition & Quality materials & build.......

All Aluminum Framing - (12" o.c. wall studs & roof trusses per schematic drawings).........very strong (Not aluminum framing few feet spaced !)

Walls & Roof are aircraft quality smooth Aluminum (1 pc.) on side walls & rear wall (riveted to studs)........Roof is also 1 pc. aluminum w/ addition of factory fiberglass layer ........ No leaks ever !.......... Nose on this model is smooth fiberglass...........The "Caps" at edges (corners & roof /wall line) are wide (10 1/4") aluminum wrap..... also riveted in place. (Not a skinny piece of trim with rubber strip cover over screws !)

"Sikkens" full body paint job still shines as if brand new.......Barth has always been stored in enclosed shed.........

"Alcoa" aluminum wheels (5 ea.)........ New tires up front (Sumitomo) 225/70R/19.5....... Newer Continentals on rear......... Original tires (Michelin 4 ea.) look brand new because Barth stored in shed & out of sunlight & weather..........You may have all 4 as spares if you wish..........Spare aluminum "steer wheel" w/newer tire also included......stored underneath in "pass thru compartment".

New chassis battery & good dual house batteries..........on slide-out tray....... automatic HWH hydraulic leveling System....... Air Ride suspension (new air bags).........Windows are dual pane thermal by Hehr........... 30/50 amp electric system....... Heated Mirrors...........Rear View Back-up Camera......"Travel-Sat" tv satellite system.

The furniture is "Flexsteel" white leather jack-knife sofa/bed, dinette/bed & both high back swivel chairs up front.

Skylights over shower & bath sink area........Cedar lined closets.......... Central vacum system........ Padded ceiling......Insulated under floor...... Large storage compartments w/ hydraulic door lifts.......

."A&E Elite Awning" - (19') enclosed in metal cover (perfect condition).

All 2' x 3' factory schematic drawings & handbooks (Chevy chassis & Barth) are included. Schematics show all systems as well as construction dimensions etc.

Just to note: Barth is the very best quality built "RV" we've owned......never heard of company until 2 1/2 years ago but were recommended (by honest RV salesman) to the brand for "the Quality Construction & Materials". His folks bought a new one in 1979 & drove it for may years.

The last trip w/ Barth was past winter (to Fla.) where it was "parked" for winter months. We've decided do not need a "motor" type RV to park for so long once a year. Have Ford F-350 7.3 Turbo Diesel set up for towing so we're shopping for best quality 5W or TT for that purpose.

We'll sell the Barth straight out & do same when we buy 5W or TT. No trades thanks. No dealers either. We'll be glad to deal locally (Asheville area) at your branch bank for "same as cash" check & to notarize & transfer the clear NC. Title. VIN: 1GBLP37J7T3315877

Please call only ...828-66 seven-0 two four 2. Leave message if we're unavailable. Thank you. Located in Asheville, NC. area.
Location: Enka-Candler, NC."
