Mobile home is in great condition. New batteries, pull out awning, cherry wood cabinets throughout (excellent condition). 2 single beds and 1 full pull out, toilet, shower, 2 over head air units, stove, frig, microwave/convection oven and TV. Generator, Auto leveling Jack's. RUNS GREAT.
