We have to sell our 1988 Barth Regency 36.5', life is taking us in a different direction
. We have done some upgrades and repairs since we bought it last May. The tires are less than a year old with less then 500 miles in them.
We are the 3rd owners and have a lot of the original paperwork and notes from over the years. She works wonderfully and drives like a dream.
The two A/C units work great.
The on demand hot water works great also.
The 26' awning has a new internal spring. All the awnings work and have been scrubbed clean.
We took out the old dining table and benches because we put a stand up desk there, so there is a "big" space to add a desk or table.
Comes with a Ninja toaster oven that we bought so less then 6 months old. We have a new still in box couch that is an upgrade from the one thats currently there,in our garage.
