1989 28' Barth

1976 30' Barth

Just posting - not advocating. Both need a lot of work.

Hey Bill, gotta ask a question, how much cleaning would you have to do on the '76 to sleep in it.... Also, how about I buy the '89 give it to you and you give it back to me looking like your coach...gotta be the same ceiling treatment.

Nifty paint on the '76, huh?

Looks more like a 33'.

Well, after I removed the "Gynecological Examining Bed" and then tore down the center wall, scrubbed the blood off of the other walls it was rather easy to redo. I had to also get rid of some "red bag waste!" I filled a large roll-off with all that stuff. Yes the toilet went too!

I took it back to the dealership that turned me onto it's plight and was told that it would no longer be referred to as "The Aids Wagon!"

So with that in mind, maybe those two coaches really don't need all that much work after all!

The 30' is (the seller corrected) a 33'

If anyone's interested, I only live about 40 miles from this coach, and can take a look.

Seeing that we now have "drifted the thread", I would like to add that...

...I think my Barth is much more happier now. She wasn't crushed! Can you imagine someone destroying a 91 Barth with only 24K on it? I change fluids and care for her, I take her out to nicer places, she gets a bath several times a year,I blanket her in the winter and have plans to pamper her some more come spring with some outside upgrades. If I can juggle in the NE Rally I want her looking real spiffy.

The 1989 sold for $4,000. There was only one bid. That's like being picked last on a team Frowner I hope it goes to a nice owner.
