I would guess it's a misprint, and that it's a 6.2L NA, a nice little engine @155 HP.

My son checked this coach out for me when I was looking to buy severeal months ago. He said it was really clean and all systems appeared to work. At that time the seller was asking $8,000 and said he was firm with his price. The price and concern over the what I felt was an under powered detroit deisel led me to purchase another vehicle.

I'm with Rusty on this. NOT the Olds 350, but the 6.2LNA used on some small motor home chassis.

But both the 5.7 and the 6.2 tended to sour the taste of diesels to US buyers of sedans and pickups

The 6.2L G.M. diesel was not a converted gas engine. This engine is a not any Duromax but is still a solid engine. You can expect to get the miles out of this that you would a 454 gasser. Using the same external block location lets most standard 454 accesories to bolt on. (alternator, power steering, A.C.).

I would expect that this coach could well get over 12 mpg. If not pulling a toad or trailer I think this would be a good set up. Only 22' you wouldn't need a toad. IMHO I think it's priced about right.

The 6.2 is the Armies engine of choice for the Hummer. Later enlarged to 6.5L and a turbo was added. Rusty has a 6.5L in his Barth Breakaway

The 6.2L is a decent engine, with few teething problems. The 6.5L NA also was fairly trouble-free. The 6.5L TD had a few issues, but the early and late ones were also fairly reliable.

The engine in my Breakaway is an AMG (builder of the Hummer) engine; while it's a drop in fit, it's not the GM engine. AMG bought the rights when GM discontinued it, and strengthened the block and lowered the compression ratio among other improvements. What was a 100K mile engine is now a 500K engine, with better power and economy.
