I could have made it work, Dick, but to do it, I would have had to buy and install two low profile a/c units. I would have saved 6". That's always an option. So, I can look at anything in the 11'4" range. But the cost of the units installed is about $1000 each and the tires, 22.5", were 8 1/2 years old. So, at his price point, I would have had $22K in it and that's beyond my reach. And I wasn't about to ask him to lower his price $5K. That just wouldn't have been the right thing for me to do. Funny, I bought Old Blue in 2004 for $17K and put another $10K+ in it without a thought. But I was working then. Today, I'm just enjoying retirement. So, that makes a difference.

Since you're only 317 miles to Tulsa and I'm 791, I'd have to rent a jet to beat you ROTFLMAO And even then, if you drove fast you'd probably still get there before I would.

Concrete saw will take care of the problem. Then all you have to worry about is the water table. You don't want to end up with a covered swimming Pool. ROTFLMAO ROTFLMAO Sorry

Someone suggested digging out the floor just where the tires will run. Of course then you would have to consider groung clearance.

Jim, is it just the door height or are the rafters the same clearance. If it is only the door clearance that presents a problem you might consider only trenching back far enough to clear the two A/C units past the door and inclining the trench to blend with the remaining floor.
