I actually went and looked at this thing yesterday. Its not in the worst shape. The Interior is in pretty good shape. runs pretty good only 40,000 miles on the speedo. Didn't have enough fuel to take it for a spin. The Gen ran great, everything worked. tires had seen better days. It was last used on the road in 2011 the owner got cancer and passed before he got to enjoy it. best I could tell it was purchased in waco, tx. I made an offer on it and if all goes well it should be mine. the worst thing is the paint. the yellowing is some kind of corrosion i guess it rubs of if you touch it. Here are some pics i took.

This is the same color paint that is still left on our coach. The yellow is a primer of some sort. I have large areas of paint off mine. The price seam in line for whats there.

got the barth home yesterday only issue was cruise was intermittent

and upon further research of all the paperwork that came with it the engine was replaced in 1992 with only 30k on it for a rod knock. So the current engine has 13k. now to clean it up and enjoy
