About what a new Barth would run if still being built.

Some back ground, I bought that 5 years ago from a party on the west slope of Colorado. An owner previous to him had put in the manual transmission - it needs to go - you will have severe leg cramps after using it for 20 cycles or so.

When I wen to pick it up, I had new tires and rims put on and I took it to a well recommended mechanic and he spent 2 + days fixing it. But the carburator die casting split, and the rv killed at every stop. When I got it home, I put in a new edelbrock carb and manifold. that was the only issue driving home, impressed with how well it handled.

I started the gen set a few times and it does need to have the fuel lines and carb looked at.

I bought a 4 spd auto for it, and had it stolen, would have put it in with an aftermarket controller.

It is way better than some of the RVs I have looked at (may not be saying too much). I have owned a Winnebago Spectrum, FMC two GMC's 34 foot Airstream, and 4 Volvo trucks to pull my fifth wheels, so have a bit of experience with "collectables" This is an excellent RV to use as soon as the transmission is replaced, and not sure if any/or all the appliances work. I keep thinking I should buy it back, and then sanity occurs.

I should have mentioned that I gave it to Paul to pay for storage on this RV and a few others.
