Summary: Ford engine, $80k miles, engine was running when I got there but issue with alternator overcharging so he turned it off, wouldn’t turn over without jump start. Has a new water heater and furnace. Looks like someone had started a remodel. Title is from lien from being impounded. Was a bit more than I wanted to take on but might be a great starter project for someone
