A coupla months from now, somebody with a similar Barth for sale will look at this, and figure his is a little nicer, and will ask a little more.

Ya think? I'm getting ready to drop about 5k into my aluminium hole in the drive way. Same year, same engine/chassis I would bet, and mine has the Regency style woodwork, and I don't feel that I could get 15k for mine with the work completed. But my Barth is not an investment, it's family.

I just checked NADA for a 89 Regal 31 foot. About $8,500. Asking Price about $32,000, about 400% of NADA.

NADA for a 93 Regency 32 foot about $34,000. Asking Price $135,000, about 400% of NADA. I have one for sale. Anybody interested?

Sloop, I think that would be pushing my luck and I'm not sure if I would get much interest at $170,000. Don't want to seem unreasonable and turn off prospective buyers.
