We have decided to sell our 1973, 22' Barth coach, which we bought in 2008 and have enjoyed ever since. She has 141,000 miles on the engine. She is a factory propane driven, GMC 454 engine and is in good shape. It needed a few repairs when we bought her, so we hired a mechanic and did the following (have paperwork):
-replaced the radiator,
-replaced all tires,
-added electronic distributor (removed old points)
-replaced all belts
-separated engine, reground and sealed
-added a propane furnace
-replace the water storage tank and new pump
-removed the generator and added batteries
-had it fully safetied by a trained propane mechanic in Ottawa, Ontario
-replaced all interior ceilings and reinsulated with rigid insulation (plus some wall panels)
-new flooring
-all original stove, sink, toilet and frig in good working order
-resealed roof
-newly painted walls

The batteries (auxillary and main) need to be replaced.

We had her parked for about a year, under tarps and I just started her up the other day - started like a dream - no problem.

We are asking $3,000 CAN$ (bought her for $7,500 + put a lot into her) and want her to go to a good home.
