ARRRRRR. If you go to Krispy Kreme Donut today and talk like a pirate you get a free donut, a dozen if you are dressed like a pirate. Just don't go too far and they hand you the cash register when you swing your hook at them. cheers

I just happened on this thread and was delighted to see and hear Stan Barrett again. We just love "Barrett's Privateers" and are still mourning this fantastic balladier who was so gifted.....thank you!

This thread got me going on our sea going exploit:
A Tiger Cruise with our sailor on the USS Nimitz (CVN 68)Nuclear Aircraft Carrier in 2013-4 days from San Diego to Everett, WA.
